THE EXIT INTERVIEW PROGRAM
Atlanta,
Georgia – PMA Franchise Systems, Inc., the ONLY Franchisor of

announced the role out of a new program for an additional revenue

month PMA rolled out an Exit Interview Program. Our 1st
program to help companies and clients retain their most profitable
talent. The announcement was made by David Hottle, CPC, Executive

The U.S.
Labor Department estimates turnover costs for employees earning
$50,000/year; the cost of turnover is $15,000 per exit or $1,500,000
per year for 100 exits.
